CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND REGULATION 881/96

Mary's Harbour Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act
(O.C. 96‑173)

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council defines the following area as the Mary's Harbour Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

Beginning at a point, that point being where an unnamed brook flows into Kyer Cove;

Then south 72° 30' west a distance of 5,550 metres, more or less, to the summit of Black Hill;

Then north 86° 00' west a distance of 3,900 metres, more or less, to the summit of Birchy Hill;

Then north 76° 30' west a distance of 4,700 metres, more or less, to the summit of an unnamed hill;

Then north 28° 30' west a distance of 2,000 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being the southern bank of Trout River where Trout River flows into Fifty Islands Pond;

Then north 17° 00' east a distance of 2,750 metres, more or less, to the summit of an unnamed hill;

Then north 65° 00' east a distance of 5,550 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being on the southern bank of an unnamed brook where the unnamed brook flows into Effington Harbour;

Then following the sinuosities of the shoreline of St. Lewis Sound in a generally easterly direction to the point of beginning.

All bearings refer to grid north.
