Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council defines the following area as the Mount Carmel ‑ Mitchells Brook ‑ St. Catherine's Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

All that area within the boundary of the Town of Mount Carmel ‑ Mitchells Brook ‑ St. Catherine's as defined or redefined by an Order‑in‑Council and published in the Gazette.

Newfoundland Regulation 7/93 is repealed.
