CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND REGULATION 894/96

North West River Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act
(O.C. 96‑173)

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council defines the following area as the North West River Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

Beginning at a point of land on the western side of Lake Melville, that point being 1,100 metres west of Montagnais Island horizontal control point No. 11;

Then running in a generally west southwest direction a distance of 4,650 metres, more or less, to a point where trail or cut line meets the shore of Little Lake;

Then following the shoreline of Little Lake, Northwest River and Lake Melville to the point of beginning.

All bearings refer to grid north.
