Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED
Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council defines the following area as the Pasadena Municipal Planning Area. PLANNING Beginning at a point, that point being
located on the northern bank of Pynn's Brook where Pynn's Brook flows into Then in a northeasterly direction along the shoreline of Deer Lake a distance of approximately 1.9 kilometres to a point, that point having a military grid reference of 610392; Then south 46° 30' east a distance of 4.85 kilometres, more or less, to the southern tip of an unnamed pond; Then south 41° 30' east a distance of 3.95 kilometres, more or less, to the westernmost tip of Burnt Pond; Then south 35° 30' west a distance of 6.85 kilometres, more or less, to the summit of an unnamed hill; Then south 50° 30' west a distance of 5 kilometres, more or less, to the summit of an unnamed hill; Then north 82° west a distance of 8.4 kilometres, more or less, to the summit of an unnamed hill; Then north 65° 30' west a distance of 1.2 kilometres, more or less, to the summit of an unnamed hill; Then south 89° west a distance of 850 metres, more or less, to a point on the eastern bank of Matthews Brook where Matthews Brook flows out of an unnamed pond; Then in a generally northerly direction along the eastern bank of Matthews Brook a distance of approximately 1.52 kilometres to a point on the southern limit of the right‑of‑way of the power line running through Pasadena; Then in a northeasterly direction along the right‑of‑way a distance of 4.5 kilometres, more or less, to a point on the western bank of an unnamed brook; Then in a generally northerly direction along the western bank of the brook a distance of approximately 35 metres to a point where the brook flows into Deer Lake; Then in a generally
