Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED Pinware
Municipal Planning Area Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council defines the following area as the Pinware Municipal Planning Area. PLANNING Beginning at a point on the highwater mark
of the shoreline of Pinware Bay having approximate UTM co‑ordinates 5 718
150 metres north and 519 750 metres east, that point situated where a brook,
locally called Little Brook, flows into Then following the northern limit of Little Brook to a point having UTM co‑ordinates 5 717 435 metres north and 517 900 metres east, that point being 1,983 metres, more or less, from previously mentioned point on a bearing of south 68° west; Then running south 84° west a distance of 1,481 metres to a point on top of a hill having UTM co‑ordinates 5 717 300 metres north and 516 425 metres east; Then running north 47° west a distance of 2,282 metres to a point having UTM co‑ordinates 5 718 850 metres north and 514 750 metres east; Then running north 32° east a distance of 1,886 metres to a point situated on the southwest corner of an unnamed pond, that point having UTM co‑ordinates 5 720 450 metres north and 515 750 metres east; Then running along the western shoreline of the unnamed pond along the western limit of Colliers Brook and continuing along the northern limit of Trout River to a point at the intersection of Trout River with Highway 510, that point having UTM co‑ordinates 5 721 000 metres north and 519 210 metres east, that point being 3,503 metres from the previously mentioned point on a bearing of north 81° east; Then following the western limit of Highway 510 in a generally south and east direction to a point on the highwater mark of Pinware Bay, that point having UTM co‑ordinates 5 719 350 metres north and 520 350 metres east, that point being 2,005 metres from the previously mentioned point on a bearing of south 34° east; Then running southerly and following the
