Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED Postville
Municipal Planning Area Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council defines the following area as the Postville Municipal Planning Area. PLANNING Beginning at a point, that point being on
the northern bank of an unnamed brook where the brook
flows into Then in a northeasterly direction along the
highwater mark of the shoreline of Then due west a distance of 3.95 kilometres, more or less; Then south 41° 00' west a distance of 2.65 kilometres, more or less, to the summit of an unnamed hill; Then south 30° 30' east a distance of 1.20 kilometres, more or less; Then due east a distance of 2.50 kilometres,
more or less, to a point on the shoreline of Then in a northeasterly direction along the
