CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND REGULATION 916/96

Reidville Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act
(O.C. 96‑173)

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council defines the following area as the Reidville Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

Beginning at a point in the northern face of the west abutment of the bridge spanning the Upper Humber River and then running in a generally northeasterly direction along the western bank of the river to a point known locally as Patty's Reef;

Then running west a distance of 6,250 metres, more or less;

Then running south 41° 50' west a distance of 12,950 metres, more or less, to a point in the northern limit of the road right‑of‑way of the Great Northern Peninsula Highway;

Then running in a generally southeasterly direction along the northern limit of the road right‑of‑way of that highway to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
