Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED Roddickton
Municipal Planning Area Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council defines the following area as the Roddickton Municipal Planning Area. PLANNING Beginning at a point on the shoreline of Northeast Brook where the highway crosses the brook; Then north 85° 15' east a distance of 2,400 metres, more or less, to the summit of an unnamed hill; Then south 15° 30' east a distance of 6,800 metres, more or less, to the southern shoreline of an unnamed pond; Then south 36° 30' west a distance of 2,100 metres, more or less; Then due west a distance of 900 metres, more or less; Then south 69° 30' west a distance of 2,150 metres, more or less; Then due west a distance of 1,450 metres, more or less, to the highwater mark on the shoreline of Chimney Bay; Then following the shoreline in a generally northerly direction to the mouth of Northeast Brook; Then following the eastern shoreline of the brook in a northerly direction to the point of beginning.
