CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND REGULATION 925/96

St. John's Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act
(O.C. 96‑173)

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council defines the following area as the St. John's Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

All that area within the boundary of the City of St. John's as defined or redefined by an Order‑in‑Council and published in the Gazette.

Newfoundland Regulation 8/92 is repealed.
