Sally's Cove Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act
(O.C. 96‑173)

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council defines the following area as the Sally's Cove Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

Beginning at a coastal point at approximately 2.35 kilometres southwestward along the coastline from Martin Point;

Then along a line of demarcation with the Gros Morne National Park, Regional Surveyor Plan No. 82‑14, south 62° 30' east 3,750 metres, more or less, south 27° 30' west 4,050 metres to a point having co‑ordinates 5 507 150 metres north and 348 050 metres east, north 62° 30' west 4,000 metres, more or less, to a coastal point situated approximately one kilometre southwestward from Gun Point;

Then following the coastline generally northeastward along the Gulf of St. Lawrence via Gun Point and Sally's Cove to the point of beginning.

All bearings and co‑ordinates refer to the 3° modified T.M. grid, central meridian 58° 30' west longitude.
