CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND REGULATION 941/96

Triton Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act
(O.C. 96‑202)

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council defines the following area as the Triton Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

Beginning at a point being the southwestern extremity of West Arm;

Then south 55° west a distance of 1,000 metres, more or less, to the most easterly extremity of Long Arm;

Then following the shoreline in a counter‑clockwise direction around Triton Island to the point of beginning.

All offshore islands excepting Pretty Island, Big Island, Grassy Island and Great Tinker Island are included.

All bearings being referred to the true meridian.

Newfoundland Regulation 1133/78 is repealed.
