Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED West
St. Modeste Municipal Planning Area Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council defines the following area as the West St. Modeste Municipal Planning Area. PLANNING Beginning at the mouth of an unnamed river
that flows into Then following the sinuosities of the south bank of that river in a southwesterly direction to a point and from that point south 20° west a distance of 3,040 metres, more or less, to the summit of a hill; Then running south 36° east a distance of 900 metres, more or less; Then running south 64° east a distance of 1,625 metres to the highwater mark of the shoreline of the Strait of Belle Isle; Then following the shoreline in a generally
northerly direction passing through All bearings being referred to grid north. 339/80 Newfoundland
