Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED Whitbourne
Municipal Planning Area Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council defines the following area as the Whitbourne Municipal Planning Area. PLANNING Beginning at a point on the eastern limit of the Colinet Highway, that point being 400 metres, more or less, north of a power transmission line intersection; Then running north 88° west to a point on the eastern limit of the Argentia Highway 200 metres north of the former railway crossing; Then running in a generally northerly
direction along the Then running in a generally easterly
direction along the Then due south a distance of 1,600 metres, more or less; Then south 45° 00' west 1,500 metres, more or less, to the Canadian National Railway line; Then following the railway line in a generally westerly direction to a point and from that point south to the eastern end of Hoopers Pond; Then running due west to a point on the
