CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND REGULATION 950/96

Winterton Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act
(O.C. 96‑173)

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council defines the following area as the Winterton Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

Beginning at a coastal point north of Winterton and running due east 550 metres, more or less, to a horizontal control point, elevation 462 feet;

Then south 67° east to the boundary of the Western Pond Protected Water Supply Area;

Then inclusively following that boundary to a point due west of the south end of Western Pond;

Then running due west to the coast and following the coastline of Trinity Bay by way of Winterton Cove to the point of beginning.

All bearings refer to UTM grid north.
