Establishment of Youth Justice Committee Order
under the
Young Offenders Act (Canada)
(O.C. 96‑184)

Under the authority of section 69 of the Young Offenders Act (Canada) and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

ORDER

The Honourable Minister of Social Services is designated as the minister authorized to establish Youth Justice Committees under that section.

The Order re: Establishment of Youth Justice Committees, Newfoundland Regulation 188/88, is repealed.
