Young Offenders Act (Canada) Order
under the
Young Offenders Act (Canada)
(O.C. 96‑185)

Under the authority of section 2 of the Young Offenders Act (Canada) and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

ORDER

The Provincial Court of Newfoundland is designated as a Youth Court with effect from April 2, 1984 for the purposes of the Act.

The Order re the Young Offenders Act (Canada), Newfoundland Regulation 72/84, is repealed.
