Designation of Facilities of Custody Order
under the
Young Persons Offences Act
(O.C. 96‑186)

Under the authority of section 16 of the Young Persons Offences Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

ORDER

The Pleasantville Youth Centre, the Whitbourne Youth Centre, Youth Corrections group homes and foster homes are facilities of custody within the meaning of the Young Persons Offences Act.

The Designation of Facilities of Custody Order, Newfoundland Regulation 180/86, is repealed.
