Interchangeable Drug Products Formulary Regulations
under the
Pharmaceutical Association Act
(O.C. 96‑129)

Under the authority of section 63 of the Pharmaceutical Association Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

Short title

        1. These regulations may be cited as the Interchangeable Drug Products Formulary Regulations.

Formulary available

        2. The Interchangeable Drug Products Formulary (Volume 32) is on file with the minister and copies may be obtained from the office of the Newfoundland and Labrador Prescription Drug Program.

Effective period

        3. The drugs and prices set out in Volume 32 constitute the Interchangeable Drug Products Formulary for the period July 1, 1996 to December 31, 1996, inclusive.

Repeal

        4. The Interchangeable Drug Products Formulary (Volume 30) Regulations, 1995, Newfoundland Regulation 89/95, are repealed.
