Hospitals Act Schedule Amendment Order
under the
Hospitals Act

Under the authority of subsection 3(2) of the Hospitals Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Hospitals Act Schedule Amendment Order.

Schedule

        2. The Schedule to the Hospitals Act is repealed and the following is substituted:

Repeal

        3. The Hospitals Act (Schedule Amendment) Order, 1994, Newfoundland Regulation 209/94, the Hospitals Act (Schedule Amendment) Order, 1995, Newfoundland Regulation 28/95 and the Hospitals Act (Schedule Amendment) Order, 1995, Newfoundland Regulation 156/95, are repealed.
