Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED
Under the authority of section 4 of the Provincial Parks Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council proclaims the area described in the Schedule to be a provincial park. The
Schedule All that piece or parcel of land situate and being near Burgeo in the province, abutted and bounded as follows, that is to say: Beginning at a point in the
southwesterly limit of Then running along the southwesterly
limit of Then running by Crown land, by land in possession of Donald Ingram, through the shoreline reservation extending along the northeasterly shoreline of Aaron Arm, and by the waters of Aaron Arm south 31° 52' 24" west 119.99 metres, more or less; Then running along the southwesterly shoreline of Aaron Arm at low water in a general southeasterly direction 300 metres, more or less; Then running along the shoreline of the Then running along the shoreline of the Atlantic Ocean at low water in a general southwesterly direction 1,570 metres, more or less, to the westernmost tip of Fox Point, and then in a general northerly direction 3,308 metres, more or less, to a point; Then running by Crown lands north 6° 41' 13" east 53.41 metres, and then south 83° 43' 11" east 891.31 metres, and then south 81° 16' 39" east 123.32 metres, and then south 62° 02' 52" east 110.47 metres, more or less; Then running along the southwesterly shoreline of Aaron Arm at low water in a general southeasterly direction 1,700 metres, more or less, to a point; Then running by the waters of Aaron Arm and through the shoreline reservation extending along the northeasterly shoreline of Aaron Arm north 30° 40' 16" east 81.85 metres, more or less; Then running by the land described in Lease No. 53592 north 27° 18' 42" east 46.06 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning, reserving nevertheless out of the above described piece or parcel of land 2 cemeteries located thereon, the above described piece or parcel of land containing an area of 232 hectares, more or less.
