CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND REGULATION 1073/96

Sop's Arm Provincial Park Proclamation
under the
Provincial Parks Act
(O.C. 96-189)

Under the authority of section 4 of the Provincial Parks Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council proclaims the area described in the Schedule to be a provincial park.

                   The Sop's Arm Park Proclamation, Newfoundland Regulation 147/80, is repealed.


Schedule

All that piece or parcel of land being an island containing an area of 9.7 hectares situate at the mouth of Main Brook, Sop's Arm in the province and being part of land described in Crown Grant No. 19468 registered in Volume 98, Folio 13 in the Registry of Crown Grants, in the name of H. J. Crowe, excepting nevertheless out of that piece or parcel of land a right-of-way, 30.5 metres wide, for the highway leading to Sop's Arm.
