Official Administrator for the Communities of
Plate Cove East and West Order
under the
Municipal Affairs Act

Under the authority of section 6 of the Municipal Affairs Act, and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

ORDER

Mr. Barry Mavin is appointed as Official Administrator to manage and conduct the affairs of the Communities of Plate Cove East and Plate Cove West until a quorum of councillors for both communities is elected or appointed and sworn into office or until another time as may be determined by the Department of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.

The Order appointing Official Administrator for the Towns of Plate Cove East and Plate Cove West, Newfoundland Regulation 105/95, is repealed.
