Agencies of the Crown Order
under the
Conflict of Interest Act

Under the authority of subparagraph 2(1)(a)(ii) of the Conflict of Interest Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

Agencies described

1. The following shall be considered to be agencies for the purposes of the Conflict of Interest Act:

(a) the Economic Recovery Commission established under section 3 of the Economic Recovery Commission Act, and its members;

(b) the Enterprise Newfoundland and Labrador Corporation established under subsection 3(1) of the Enterprise Newfoundland and Labrador Corporation Act, and its board.

Repeal

2. The Order re: Agencies of the Crown, Newfoundland Regulation 59/92, is repealed.
