Blueberry Management Units Designation Order
under the
Lands Act
(O.C. 96-613)

Under the authority of subsection 57(1) of the Lands Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

ORDER

        2.   Units designated

        3.   Use of designated units

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Blueberry Management Units Designation Order.

Units designated

        2. The Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates those areas on file with the Minister of Forest Resources and Agrifoods as Blueberry Management Units.

Use of designated units

        3. The lands designated under section 2 shall be set apart for the cultivation or harvesting of blueberries subject to the terms and conditions that the Minister of Forest Resources and Agrifoods may prescribe.
