Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

1. Section 18 of The Newfoundland Crop Insurance Act, 1973 is repealed and the following substituted:

18. The minister may, with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, enter into an agreement with the Government of Canada respecting any or all of the matters provided for in the Crop Insurance Act (Canada).
