Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

RSN 1990 cG-1 as amended

1. (1) Paragraph 3(1)(a) of the Gasoline Tax Act is amended by deleting the amount "$0.137" and by substituting the amount "$0.157".

(2) Paragraph 3(1)(b) is amended by deleting the amount "$0.156" and by substituting the amount "$0.176".
