AN ACT TO AMEND THE GASOLINE TAX ACT

(Assented to December 23, 1992)

Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

RSN 1990 cG-1 as amended

1. (1) Paragraph 3(1)(a) of the Gasoline Tax Act is amended by inserting after the phrase "diesel fuel grade of gasoline" the phrase "or propane fuel grade of gasoline" and by deleting the word "and".

(2) Paragraph 3(1)(b) is amended by deleting the period and by substituting a semi-colon and the word "and".

(3) Subsection 3(1) is amended by adding immediately after paragraph (b) the following:

(c) on propane fuel grade of gasoline, a tax of $0.07 a litre.

Commencement

2. This Act is considered to have come into force on August 17, 1992.
