CORNER BROOK PULP AND PAPER LIMITED AGREEMENTS ACT

Amending agreements

Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

1. Paragraph 3(3)(a) of the Government-Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited Agreements Act is repealed and the following substituted:

(a) the purchase price to be paid under clause 12 of the agreement referred to in subsection 2(1) where to do so would result in a purchase price which exceeded $50,000,000; and
