Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

1978 c.9 as amended

1. Paragraph 7(1)(b) of the City of St. John's (Loan) Act, 1978 is repealed and the following substituted:

(b) the City Manager, the City Clerk, or a trustee authorized by resolution of the Council.
