Schedule

Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Rail Service Act.

Rail service

2. A person shall not purchase, operate or construct a rail service in the province without first obtaining the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council.

Acts to be repealed

3. The Acts listed in the Schedule to this Act are repealed.
