Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

RSN 1990 cT-2

1. The long title of the Teachers' Association Act is repealed and the following substituted:

AN ACT RESPECTING THE NEWFOUNDLAND AND
LABRADOR TEACHERS' ASSOCIATION

2. Paragraph 2(a) of the Act is amended by adding immediately after the word "Newfoundland" the words "and Labrador".

3. Section 3 of the Act is amended by adding immediately after the word "Newfoundland" the words "and Labrador".
