Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

1. Paragraph 4(2)(b) of the Fish Inspection Act is amended by striking out the words "and inspecting" and by substituting a comma and the words "inspecting and detaining".
