Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

1. Section 14 of the Internal Economy Commission Act is amended by adding immediately after subsection (2) the following:

(3) Notwithstanding subsection 13(5), the travel and constituency allowances paid to the members of the House of Assembly as recommended in the 1989 report respecting the indemnities, allowances and salaries to be paid to members known as the Morgan Report may be varied in accordance with rules made by the commission.
