AN ACT TO FACILITATE THE PROVISION OF PRINTING, MICROFILMING AND ELECTRONIC IMAGING TO THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PROVINCE BY KODAK CANADA INCORPORATED

Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Printing Services Act.

Agreements

2. Where, within 30 days following the day this Act comes into force, agreements, with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, are entered into with Kodak Canada Inc. for the provision of printing, microfilming and electronic imaging to the government of the province, the Public Tender Act does not apply to the acquisition of printing, microfilming and electronic imaging by the government of the province from Kodak Canada Inc. during the currency of those agreements or any renewals of those agreements.
