Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

1. Section 6 of the Tax Agreement Act is amended by renumbering it as subsection 6(1) and by adding immediately after that subsection the following:

(2) Regulations made under subsection (1) respecting a rebate for building materials in Labrador may be made with retroactive effect.
