Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

1995 cE-13.1

1. (1) Paragraph 19(1)(a) of the Environment Act is amended by striking out the figure "25,000" and substituting the figure "1,000,000".

(2) Paragraph 19(1)(b) of the Act is amended by striking out the figure "1,000" and substituting the figure "50,000".
