AN ACT TO AMEND AN ACT TO AMEND THE FISHING INDUSTRY COLLECTIVE BARGAINING ACT

Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

1. (1) Subsection 4(1) of An Act To Amend The Fishing Industry Collective Bargaining Act is amended by striking out the date "December 31, 1999" and substituting the date "June 30, 2000".

(2) Subsection 4(2) of the Act is amended by striking out the date "January 1, 2000" and substituting the date "July 1, 2000".
