Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

1. Section 4 of the Prepaid Funeral Services Act is amended by adding immediately after subsection (2) the following:

(3) This Act does not apply to a church, place of worship or non-profit organization that operates a cemetery.
