Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

1. (1) Subsection 28.3(1) of the Provincial Court Act, 1991 is amended by striking out the date "April 22, 2001" and substituting the date "September 14, 2001".

(2) Subsection (1) is considered to have come into force on April 21, 2001.
