AN ACT TO AMEND THE TOBACCO TAX ACT
(Assented to June 8, 2004)

2. Commencement

Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

1. Subsection 9(1) of the Tobacco Tax Act is amended

(a) in paragraph (a), by deleting the amount "$0.15" and substituting the amount "$0.16"; and

(b) in paragraph (b), by deleting the amount "$0.15" and substituting the amount "$0.20".

Commencement

2. This Act shall be considered to have come into force on March 31, 2004.
