Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

Short title

        1. This Act may be cited as the Bulk Sales Act Repeal Act.

        2. The Bulk Sales Act is repealed.

SNL1995 cC-37.1 Amdt.

        3. Subsection 138(4) of the Credit Union Act is repealed.

RSNL1990 cG-1 Amdt.

        4. Section 34 of the Gasoline Tax Act is repealed.

SNL2002 cM-16.1 Amdt.

        5. Section 34 of the Mining and Mineral Rights Tax Act, 2002 is repealed.

        6. Section 19 of the Retail Sales Tax Act is repealed.
