Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

Short title

        1. This Act may be cited as the Homes for Special Care Act Repeal Act.

RSNL1990 cH-5 Rep.

        2. The Homes for Special Care Act is repealed.
