Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

1. Subsection 28.2(1.2) of the Provincial Court Act, 1991 is repealed and the following substituted:

(1.2) The next report required under subsection (1) after April 30, 2007 shall be presented to the minister not later than September 30, 2010.
