Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Atlantic Provinces Harness Racing Commission Repeal Act.

2. The Atlantic Provinces Harness Racing Commission Act is repealed.

Commencement

3. This Act is considered to have come into force on March 31, 2024.
