Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows: Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Newfoundland and Labrador Computer Services Limited Amendment Act. RSN1990 cC-30 as amended 2. TheConflict of Interest Act is amended by deleting in Schedule A the reference to "The Newfoundland and Labrador Computer Services Limited". RSN1990 cF-25 as amended 3. TheFreedom of Information Act is amended by deleting in the Schedule the reference to "The Newfoundland and Labrador Computer Services Limited". RSN1990 cG-6 as amended

TheGovernment Money Purchase Pension Plan Act
is amended by deleting in Schedule B the reference to " Employee at date of sale 4.1 (1) Notwithstanding paragraphs 18(1)(c) and (2)(c) of the Pensions Benefits Act a person who is an employee of Newfoundland and Labrador Computer Services Limited at the date of the sale of the issued and outstanding shares of Newfoundland and Labrador Computer Services Limited shall not be entitled to withdraw his or her contributions, except voluntary contributions, from the Public Service Pension Plan or the Government Money Purchase Pension Plan, as a result of the sale. (2) Subsection (1) shall be considered to have come into force on October 13, 1994. RSN1990 cP-33 5. TheProvincial Preference Act is amended by deleting from the Schedule the reference to "Newfoundland and Labrador Computer Services Limited". RSN1990 cP-42 as amended 6. ThePublic Service Collective Bargaining Act is amended by repealing subparagraph 2(1)(i)(vi). RSN1990 cP-45 7. ThePublic Tender Act is amended by deleting from the Schedule the reference to "Newfoundland and Labrador Computer Services Limited". 1992 cP-41.1 8. ThePublic Sector Restraint Act, 1992 is amended by deleting from Schedule A the reference to "Newfoundland and Labrador Computer Services Limited". 1991 c23 9. TheReciprocal Taxation Agreement Act, 1991 is amended by deleting from Schedule A the reference to "Newfoundland and Labrador Computer Services Limited". Agreements exempted 10. Where, in conjunction with the sale of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Newfoundland and Labrador Computer Services Limited, agreements are entered into with the corporation called Newfoundland and Labrador Computer Services Limited for the provision by Newfoundland and Labrador Computer Services Limited of goods and services, as provided for in the agreements, to the government of the province, agencies of the government and Memorial University of Newfoundland, the Public Tender Act does not apply to the acquisition of those goods and services during the currency of those agreements and in any case not to exceed 8 years.
