EXPLANATORY NOTE This Bill would wind up the Economic Advisory Council and vest its assets in the Crown.
A BILL AN ACT TO REPEAL THE ECONOMIC ADVISORY COUNCIL ACT Analysis 1. Act repealed 2. Disposition of assets and liabilities Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows: SN1991 c51 1. The Economic Advisory Council Act is repealed. Disposition of assets and liabilities 2. Notwithstanding subsection 16(4) of the Economic Advisory Council Act, title to all of the property and assets of the council, and the liabilities of the council, are vested in the Crown.
