EXPLANATORY NOTE This Bill would amend the Private Investigation and Security Services Act to remove, as a condition of a licence, the requirement that an agency be a member of the Newfoundland Security Guards and Private Investigators Association Ltd. |

S.15 Amdt. 2. CNLR 788/96 Amdt. Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows: RSNL1990 cP-24 1. Subsections 15(3), (4) and (5) of the Private Investigation and Security Services Act are repealed. CNLR 788/96 Amdt. 2.
