QUESTIONS

38. -- MR. PERCY BARRETT (Bellevue) - To ask the Honourable the Minister of Environment and Conservation to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

(a) the amount of money accumulated as a result of the provincial disposal surcharge on tires.

39. -- MR. GEORGE SWEENEY (Carbonear-Harbour Grace) - To ask the Honourable the Minister of Government Services to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

(a) a complete list of fuel tanks in the province;

(b) the results of any risk assessments completed regarding these sites;

(c) costs to the province involved in containing these sites; and

(d) costs to the province involved in cleaning up any spillage from these sites.

40. -- MS. ANNA THISTLE (Grand Falls-Buchans) - To ask the Honourable the Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

(a) the results of any analyses of the impact to the province's finances of the reduction of the Federal Goods and Services Tax.
