81. -- MS. YVONNE JONES (Cartwright-L'Anse au Clair) - To ask the Honourable the Minister of Health and Community Services to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

(a) the results of any analyses of the prevalence of gambling in the educational institutions of the province; and

(b) any plans the Government is considering to deal with such gambling.

82. -- MS. YVONNE JONES (Cartwright-L'Anse au Clair) - To ask the Honourable the Minister Responsible for Aboriginal Affairs to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

(a) details of any discussion between Government and the Metis Nation regarding the Lower Churchill project; and

(b) the degree to which the Provincial Government is willing to recognize the rights of Metis to receive benefits equal to the Innu.

83. -- MS. YVONNE JONES (Cartwright-L'Anse au Clair) - To ask the Honourable the Minister of Health and Community Services to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

(a) any information related to Government's decision to follow the recommendations of the Auditor General's report regarding the re-registration of MCP cards.

(a) any analyses of the impact of the Federal Government's child care strategy on the people of this province; and

(a) any benefits expected for the Inuit people from the Government's Lower Churchill proposal.

(a) any analyses of the expense of air travel to and from the province, including any comparison with similar jurisdictions, and any effect on the people of the province;

(b) any correspondence with the Federal Government relating to the cost of air travel in the province; and

(c) any correspondence with the airlines relating to the cost of air travel in the province.

87. -- MS. JUDY FOOTE (Grand Bank) - To ask the Honourable the Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

(a) a detailed explanation of the departmental procedures for meeting requests under the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act which led to search and preparation time for a request for information regarding Griffith's Guitar Works to total 11 hours at a cost of $135 for 40 photocopies.

88. -- MR. GERRY REID (Twillingate-Fogo) - To ask the Honourable the Premier to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

(a) all correspondence, e-mails, briefing notes and documentation related to Griffith's Guitar Works from November 6, 2003 to January 31st, 2004, including any Minutes in Council authorizing payments, loans or other funding arrangements to Griffith's Guitar Works.

89. -- MR. GERRY REID (Twillingate-Fogo) - To ask the Honourable the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

(a) a list of the projects funded by the department under the grant program to fishermen's committees.

90. -- MR. GERRY REID (Twillingate-Fogo) - To ask the Honourable the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

(a) a list of the companies provided with loan guarantees under the Aquaculture Working Capital Loan Guarantee Initiative.

91. -- MR. KELVIN PARSONS (Burgeo & LaPoile) - To ask the Honourable the Minister of Natural Resources to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

(a) details regarding the so-called 'super royalty regime'; and

(b) any other information related to the failure of the Hebron/Ben Nevis discussions.

(a) any documentation and/or studies related to a transmission line to the island from the Lower Churchill.

(a) a list of potential buyers who may enter into a power purchase agreement with the province to buy Lower Churchill power; and

94. -- MR. KELVIN PARSONS (Burgeo & LaPoile) - To ask the Honourable the Minister of Natural Resources to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

(a) information related to funding arrangements for the development of the Lower Churchill, including cost analysis and financing details.

95. -- MR. KELVIN PARSONS (Burgeo & LaPoile) - To ask the Honourable the Minister of Natural Resources to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

(a) information regarding the status of the assessment of short-term competitiveness issues facing the forestry industry of the province, in terms of consultants or other personnel hired, progress, anticipated time of completion, and any recommendations which may have arisen from the process thus far; and

(b) information regarding plans for a long-term assessment of the forestry industry of the province.

96. -- MR. KELVIN PARSONS (Burgeo & LaPoile) - To ask the Honourable the Minister of Natural Resources to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

(a) any documentation related to discussions and correspondence with the Federal Government regarding financing guarantees.

97. -- MR. KELVIN PARSONS (Burgeo & LaPoile) - To ask the Honourable the Minister of Natural Resources to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

(a) any legal opinions obtained by Government which relate to the impact the Fallow-Field legislation would have on the North American Free Trade Agreement.

98. -- MR. KELVIN PARSONS (Burgeo & LaPoile) - To ask the Honourable the Minister of Natural Resources to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

(a) details of the agreement between the Government and Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Ltd., regarding the continued purchase of pulpwood from the Northern Peninsula; and

(b) details of any discussions with Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Ltd., regarding the unionized workers who have been laid off.

99. -- MR. KELVIN PARSONS (Burgeo & LaPoile) - To ask the Honourable the Minister of Natural Resources to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

(a) any documentation related to the status of the hydromet facility for Argentia/Long Harbour.

100. -- MR. KELVIN PARSONS (Burgeo & LaPoile) - To ask the Honourable the Minister of Natural Resources to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

(a) any documentation related to the representation that has been made to the new Federal Government concerning the possible transfer or sale of the 8.5 percent share of Hibernia to the province.

101. -- MR. OLIVER LANGDON (Fortune Bay-Cape La Hune) - To ask the Honourable the Minister of Municipal Affairs to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

(a) any reports prepared or funded by Government relating to the flood in Stephenville.

102. -- MR. GERRY REID (Twillingate-Fogo) - To ask the Honourable the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

(a) information on which the Minister based his broadcast, from the pan of a pick-up truck, that FPI had broken the law and would be charged; and

(b) information explaining the Minister's failure to follow-up on these actions.
