Department audits performed during the construction of the Strait of Belle Isle
Health Centre, Flower's Cove to ensure
compliance.

House all correspondence, reports that highlight the issues or deficiencies
that have led to a lengthy delay in opening of a Strait of Belle Isle Health
Centre, Flower's Cove and actions taken to correct these issues or
deficiencies.
